1-1 Transformational Life Coaching
In this 10week journey with Tazeen, you will journey deeper into your soul to uncover blockages and map up a personal journey of profound healing and transformation.
Over the 10 weeks, Tazeen will combine Optimize (Heroic) coaching which helps shift your fundamentals (the Big 3 x 2 = Energy, Work and Love through getting clear on your Identity, Virtues and Behaviours) and subconscious healing.
The 10 week journey begins with a soul contract reading which gives you your “soul blueprint.” Based on the work of Frank Alper, a soul contract reading gives you the framework of the road you are travelling on based on your lived experience.
You will also benefit from HeartHealing™ and/or Divine Healing if it feels necessary to work with the subconscious realm and heal unresolved issues in the heart so that you can begin to experience greater freedom, joy and experience a higher vibration of love.
Tazeen is deeply anchored in the Sufi tradition of mysticism and has designed these 10weeks to help support your coming back to a deeper place of trust, intuition and love within yourself.
